Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We offer free shipping on orders over $99 USD.
Anything under $99 USD requires $9.99 USD shipping
Of course! We ship all orders in boring brown boxes or plain envelopes so that the only person getting excited about your delivery is you.
If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave your parcel. If they are not able to leave the parcel in a safe place then you will either receive an email explaining the next steps or you will receive a card through the letterbox. If your parcel is sent to a local delivery office, then that will be held for 10 days before being returned to us. Don't forget to take the delivery notification (collection card if applicable, SMS, email) and some photo ID registered to your delivery address when you collect your order in person.
Yes. Our delivery partners offer order tracking as standard. You will receive information via email on how to track your order once your order is dispatched.
Please contact us right away so we can change the mailing information if the package hasn't been sent yet!
Once the order is processed and shipped we can not make any changes to the address. In most cases, if the order can not be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded and can NOT be shipped back out.
When the stock of the purchased product is sufficient, from Monday to Friday, the product in your order will be sent out within 24h-48h. If you purchase the product at the weekend, it will be sent out on Monday.
When a product is suddenly out of stock or it is a pre-sale product, we will urgently transfer the product, but there is usually a delay of about one week at least. If you are in a hurry, please contact customer service for details of the delay.
We arrange holidays for many festivals in the world, such as Christmas, Chinese New Year and so on. During holidays, delivery will also be slightly affected and there will be a short delay (about 2-3 days). Of course, customer service's reply will be delayed too. Please wait patiently.
